Role Overview:

Mint Source is seeking an experienced Performance Marketer to manage and optimize ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Google, and TikTok. This role involves direct client communication, strategic ad management, and collaboration with internal teams to drive outstanding results. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high client satisfaction while ensuring campaigns meet performance benchmarks.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering trust and understanding their business needs.
  • Manage and optimize ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok.
  • Schedule and lead regular client meetings to review campaign progress, gather feedback, and address concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Creative Strategists and Designers, to ensure campaigns align with client objectives.
  • Compile and deliver weekly performance reports, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights.
  • Identify and communicate optimization opportunities to clients proactively.
  • Relay client feedback and requests to the appropriate team members for timely action.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.

You Shall Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • Hands-on experience with ad platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data and optimize accordingly.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Oviond.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Availability to work EST hours.

Key Performance Metrics (KPIs):

  • Client retention rate.
  • Campaign performance metrics (e.g., ROAS, CPL, CTR).
  • Timely delivery of client feedback and tasks.
