Performance Marketing And Data Manager | Rivka Development | Argentina
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing and Data Analyst who will play a key role in driving our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in e-commerce and digital marketing, with experience in leading teams, managing cross-platform digital campaigns, and using data to inform and refine marketing strategies.
This role will allow you to independently manage all aspects of creative and performance marketing, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities:
• Digital Campaign Management: Lead and manage online marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook), Google, and other key digital channels. Oversee the creation and optimization of PPC ads, email marketing, and social media content.
• Team Leadership: Manage a team of creatives, including video editors, designers, and social media managers, to deliver high-quality marketing assets that drive results. Provide guidance on creative direction and campaign strategies.
• Creative Development: Develop conceptually rich and performance-driven content for digital advertising across various channels, including paid social, display, native, and video. Utilize tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing software to bring ideas to life.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tolos such as Google Analytics, Motion, and Excel/Google Sheets. Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Process Optimization: Develop and refine processes to ensure efficient and high-quality creative production. Implement organizational systems, such as Monday.com, to streamline project management and reporting.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing, CEO, and external partners to align marketing strategies with business goals. Present weekly progress reports and insights to the executive team.
Requirements:
• E-Commerce Expertise: 10+ years of experience in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands, with a strong understanding of digital marketing landscapes and tools. Experience working for US brands, selling physically products, ideally in health and wellness.
• Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering results.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to digest data and turn insights into actionable strategies. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Monday.com is essential
