Performance Marketing Manager Paid Social | Get It Recruit – Marketing | United States
We are a dynamic digital marketing agency that specializes in eCommerce for the fashion and beauty sectors. Our team is spread across the United States, and we’re committed to hiring the best talent, regardless of location. We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Media Buyer with 3+ years of experience to join our Paid Social Media team. This is a fully remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Pinterest, TikTok, and more.
Drive campaign performance aligned with client objectives, including engagement, customer acquisition, direct response, reach, and frequency.
Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights, optimize performance, and create effective action plans.
Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on campaign performance, status, and strategic recommendations.
Stay current with best practices and trends in social media marketing and paid media.
Collaborate with the team to develop media strategies and build targeted paid social media plans, including audience segmentation, messaging, and budgeting.
Create engaging ad copy for eCommerce campaigns.
Foster strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
Requirements
3+ years of experience managing cross-platform eCommerce paid social media campaigns.
Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, with additional experience on platforms such as Pinterest and TikTok.
Experience managing multiple client accounts (4-7 accounts at a time).
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and Shopify.
Comfortable leading client meetings and discussing strategies and performance.
Strong communication skills and the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive).

Salary Range
The salary for this role is $65,000 – $75,000. We consider several factors in determining salary, including experience, education, and skills.
