Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and optimizing performance-driven digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. With a strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience in digital advertising, you will drive growth and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance our brand’s presence and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Design and implement performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital channels including PPC, social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns. Monitor daily performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies to meet or exceed target KPIs.
- Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to track and evaluate campaign performance. Generate insights from data to inform decision-making and optimize future campaigns.
- Budget Management: Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively. Ensure optimal ROI by regularly reviewing and adjusting spend across channels.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, content, and sales to develop and execute cohesive marketing strategies. Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape. Apply this knowledge to enhance performance marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders. Highlight key achievements, areas for improvement, and actionable recommendations.
- Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing and other experimental methodologies to continuously improve campaign performance. Implement best practices and innovative approaches to maximize results.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in performance marketing. Proven success in managing large-scale digital campaigns and achieving ambitious performance goals.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced certifications in digital marketing or analytics (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.).
- Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize spend for maximum ROI.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
