Performance Marketing Manager (Remote)

We are on the lookout for a skilled Performance Marketing Manager to join the innovative ArtTech project! If you’re an expert in media buying, PPC, and have hands-on experience with tracking setups and targeted advertising, we want to hear from you! You’ll be in charge of setting up all ad processes, managing campaigns, and optimizing results to achieve the highest ROI.

Product: A cutting-edge platform dedicated to digitizing and preserving works of art by Ukrainian artists and sculptors. We feature galleries and curated pieces from various sources, all in stunning digital quality. Our goal is to make art accessible worldwide as we prepare to expand into the international market.

Team: You’ll work alongside a close-knit team of ambitious and talented Ukrainian specialists including our CEO, CTO, Marketing Director, SEO Specialist, developers, and designers.

What You’ll Do:

• Tracking & Pixels Setup: Set up Meta and TikTok pixels, implement tracking to measure conversions, and integrate data via API
• Creative Briefing: Work with designers to create engaging ads (static and motion) tailored to specific events
• Targeted Ad Launch: Launch campaigns targeting specific contacts and lookalike audiences to drive maximum performance
• Reporting: Develop reports to track campaign success, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for improvement
• Campaign Optimization: Continuously refine and enhance campaigns to boost their effectiveness
• SMM Recommendations: Advise on social media content strategies to grow followership through effective ads
• Remarketing Setup: Create remarketing campaigns to convert leads and maximize results

What You’ll Bring:

• 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, media buying, and PPC
• Expertise in pixel and tracking setups, API integrations
• Deep understanding of Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
• Strong data analysis skills with a knack for optimizing campaigns
• Ability to collaborate seamlessly with designers, developers, and the broader team
• A creative approach to crafting effective ad campaigns that speak to your audience
• Proactive, with the ability to take initiative and drive continuous improvement
