Performance Marketing Manager (Remote)

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible to create customer acquisition strategies, researching new opportunities, developing targeting criteria, bidding strategies and execute marketing campaigns over various ad platforms like Meta, Google, Bing, Native Ads etc. Expect to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

In this Role, You will

• Launching, managing & optimizing paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google & Bing (and more)
• Developing customer acquisition and growth strategy
• Co-ordinating with creative and content teams
• Providing actionable insights from looking at analytics platforms
• Developing & updating daily, weekly, and monthly reports/presentations for each client

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience running paid ads on Meta (Facebook) & Google
• Experience in leveraging Google Analytics or other analytics platforms to draw actionable insights
• Working knowledge of A/B & multivariate tests across creatives, landing pages, audiences, optimisation strategies, etc.
• Strong Math background (To keep a tap on marketing metrics)
• Strong communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills (Preferable)
