Job Description: 

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will manage Google Ads campaigns, design sales funnels, and organize marketing projects while utilizing basic graphic design tools like Photoshop and learning to work with AI-driven tools. Job Type: Full-Time (Freelance)  

Salary: $400 – $500/month  

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9 hours/day  

Experience: 3+ years, Mid to Senior Level  

Language: Basic to Moderate English

– Set up, optimize, and manage Google Ads campaigns.

– Use tools like Photoshop for basic graphic design tasks.  

– Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.  

– Stay updated on marketing trends and integrate AI tools into daily tasks.

Requirements:  

– 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or a similar role.  

– Hands-on experience with Google Ads, sales funnels, and project management.  

– Basic skills in Photoshop or similar graphic design tools.  

– Eager to learn and use AI tools.  

– Basic to moderate proficiency in English.  

– Available full-time (Monday-Saturday).
