What you’ll be working on:

🧙 Together with our Head of Performance Marketing, you’ll be responsible for the planning and conception of our clients’ Meta, TikTok & LinkedIn ads and for taking their campaign performance to the next level.

🧠 You’ll fully understand client goals, their offer and target audience, add your strategic flair, and ensure that we are hitting the KPIs we set.

👀 You will analyse and optimise ads to get more performance out of your campaigns to continually lower CPL & CPA, increase ROAS and ensure the quality of leads coming in.

🎨 You’ll collaborate with our Creative Team to analyse performance data, refining creative briefs to ensure that we identify and scale winning creatives.

⭐️ You’ll always stay “on top of your game” when it comes to new best practices, media buying strategies, algorithm updates and can continue to grow through courses and further education.

What we’re looking for:

👨‍💻 Min. 3-4 years experience managing Meta, TikTok & LinkedIn Ads.

⌨️ Solid understanding of measuring campaign performance and setting up tracking.

🎨 Good understanding of creative strategy & how it affects campaign performance.

📐 Strong knowledge of sales & marketing funnels.

🤩 Enthusiastic, kind, sociable, articulate & confident.

👀 Exceptional attention to detail. Naturally you triple-check everything across every aspect of launching campaigns.

💪 You’re not married to your ideas and open to criticism and to grow & learn together.

💌 You’re an excellent communicator. Overcommunication is a core value of ours.

🗣 You should be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

🌍 You should be based in the Central European Time zone +-1 hour
