Position: Performance Marketing Manager

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, search engines, and display networks.
• Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools and provide insights to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-impact ad creatives and landing pages.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry changes.
• Work closely with the product and data science teams to leverage user data and insights for targeted marketing efforts.
• Manage budget allocation and forecasting for performance marketing activities.
• Provide regular reports and presentations on campaign performance and strategic initiatives to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful performance marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other marketing platforms.
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
• Strong creative skills and the ability to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in the fitness or health tech industry is a plus.
