Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Performance Marketing Manager with a strong background in eCommerce to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of overall marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years focused on performance marketing in Ecommerce. You will be responsible for driving digital growth through data-driven strategies, optimizing performance channels, and increasing ROI across paid search, social media, display, and affiliate marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing strategies across multiple channels (PPC, paid social, display, affiliate, and retargeting).
- Drive customer acquisition and retention campaigns with a focus on maximizing ROI and minimizing cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
- Optimize digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms, to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve outcomes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (content, creative, product, and analytics) to ensure cohesive strategies and execution.
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate experiments to optimize conversion rates and user experiences.
- Monitor and assess market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensure efficient allocation of resources, and drive cost-effective campaign execution.
- Develop, implement, and manage affiliate marketing strategies to drive incremental revenue.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and emerging platforms, continuously seeking new opportunities for growth.
Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years of overall marketing experience with at least 3+ years focused on performance marketing in an eCommerce environment.
- Proven experience managing and scaling paid digital marketing campaigns across channels (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Deep understanding of eCommerce KPIs, customer journeys, and funnel optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large marketing budgets and meet aggressive ROI targets.
- Proficient in A/B testing, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and lead initiatives from ideation to execution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with affiliate marketing and managing external partnerships is a plus.
