Job Description:
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing campaigns on Meta & Google. You will work closely with the founder to ensure our advertising efforts are effective, efficient, and aligned with our client’s business & marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage paid search, display, and social campaigns.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify SEM account opportunities.
- Optimize ad copy and create an A/B testing framework for ad campaign optimization.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports to track KPIs and provide insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and content.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance advertising.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
- Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other social media channels.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent understanding, of SEM, and PPC strategies.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Good to Have:
- Knowledge of email marketing and automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital retail strategies. (eg. Woo Commerce, Shopify)
- Understanding of content marketing and inbound marketing methodologies.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar digital marketing certifications.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
