To provide relevant support to the Executive and Business Unit in their daily professional or personal life so that they may focus on high-level tasks
- Act responsibly with work related resources to contribute to cost containment
- Effectively plan and schedule manager’s activities to continuously improve quality and service delivery within area
- Continuously assess own performance, seek timely and clear feedback and request development where appropriate
- Produce high quality work by adhering to predefined standards and procedures and in accordance with compliance and governance standards
- Deliver on contracted performance objectives according to set procedures and agreed service level agreements
- Comply with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements and adhere to processes and procedures related to area of specialisation
- Contribute to a culture of service excellence, which builds positive relationships and provides opportunity for feedback and exceptional service
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Have Grade 12 or relevant Certificate or Diploma
- Have 1 to 2 years relevant experience
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- High level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Proactive, flexible, and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Experience in managing travel arrangements and expense reports.
- Full-time, typically office-based but may involve occasional remote work or flexibility based on the executive’s needs.
- May require extended hours or availability during weekends depending on the executive’s schedule
- Ability to work with multiple Executive members.
