Currently, we are seeking a skilled Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our team in Roswell, GA. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience and a proven track record in personal injury litigation, with a focus on trials. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through all phases of litigation, from initial consultations to courtroom advocacy.

Compensation

$100,000 + bonus yearly

Responsibilities

• Manage communication with clients, witnesses, and insurance adjusters to gather necessary information and investigate cases thoroughly.
• Oversee and handle an active caseload involving litigation cases effectively.
• Assess the legal aspects of personal injury claims and offer comprehensive legal guidance to potential clients.
• Create, draft, and submit legal paperwork such as complaints and discovery documents, conduct detailed legal research, and formulate trial strategies.
• Provide representation for clients during hearings, mediations, trials, and depositions with confidence and expertise.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a law school accredited by the Georgia State Bar.
• Required to be licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia and in good standing of the Georgia State Bar.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of successful experience in personal injury litigation.
• Demonstrated trial experience is essential, along with a solid understanding of courtroom procedures.
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills are a must.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively engage with clients and other relevant parties.
