Key Responsibilities

As a remote Customer Service Representative – Pest Control Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our operations run seamlessly. Your duties will encompass managing a high volume of calls, texts, emails, voicemails, and web requests while maintaining an in-depth understanding of our services to cater to customer needs. Your warm and friendly demeanor will enhance all interactions as you respond to inquiries, proactively address concerns, and convert dissatisfied customers into satisfied ones. You will also identify innovative business practices or propose changes to existing processes to minimize customer cancellations. Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of verified customer service experience in a call center or similar high-energy environment
• Prior experience in home services preferred

• Dispatch or routing experience is advantageous
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Exceptional telephone skills and etiquette
• Capability to work effectively in a remote setting
• Understanding of pest control, rodent management, or termite control is beneficial
• Familiarity with PestRoutes and CallRail software is a plus
• Knowledge of service agreements, pricing strategies, and scheduling software is desirable
