Pharmacy Project Manager Hub Wfh (Remote)

We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Project Manager to become a vital member of our team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the management of software implementation projects from inception to completion. Your expertise will ensure effective client communication and collaboration with internal teams, allowing you to influence essential business processes and deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring transparent communication and effective expectation management.
• Define project goals, execute tasks, monitor progress, and guarantee the timely completion of deliverables.
• Design and conduct training sessions for clients and internal stakeholders to facilitate a smooth implementation process.
• Collect and articulate detailed business requirements from clients, ensuring clarity for our development and QA teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the product vision with customer needs and deliver superior solutions.
• Provide regular updates and project status reports to executive leaders.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation that accurately reflects client needs and is accessible to all teams involved.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes through established processes.
• Coordinate with team members to schedule milestones, prioritize tasks, and allocate necessary resources.

Required Skills

• Strong technical expertise in areas such as sFTP, APIs, file formats, GUIDs, integrations, and HTML.
• Familiarity with specialty pharmacy and SaaS/enterprise software implementations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex software projects, especially client-facing initiatives.
• Experience working with Agile software development methodologies is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project).
• Strong organizational capabilities and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of experience managing intricate software projects.
• Knowledge of the specialty pharmacy sector is advantageous.
• Strong presentation and organizational skills are essential.
