Phone Support Specialist Customer Service (Remote)

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Answer inbound calls from patients and healthcare personnel, providing exceptional customer service
• Act as a liaison for additional support between end users and representatives from the medical device manufacturer
• Manage calls during non-business hours (7:30 PM – 12:00 AM EST and weekends)
• Assist clinical trial participants with inquiries and concerns
• Provide information and support to clinical trial site staff as needed

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical trial experience is a plus
• Leadership experience is a plus
• Experience in the medical device industry (education or customer support) is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Prior experience in customer service within the healthcare or clinical research field
• Familiarity with clinical trials and regulatory requirements
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Previous remote work experience
• Bilingual skills are a plus
