What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Answer inbound calls from patients and healthcare personnel, providing exceptional customer service
• Act as a liaison for additional support needed between end users and medical device manufacturer representatives
• Manage inbound communications during non-business hours, including evenings and weekends
• Collaborate with clinical trial participants and site staff to ensure a smooth experience
• Document interactions and feedback to enhance service delivery

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical trial experience is a plus
• Leadership experience is a plus
• Experience in the medical device industry, either through education or customer support, is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
