Phone Support Specialist Customer Service (Remote)

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Answer inbound calls from patients and healthcare personnel, providing exceptional customer service
• Act as a liaison for additional support needed between end users and medical device manufacturer representatives
• Manage calls during non-business hours (7:30 PM – 12:00 AM EST and weekends)
• Assist clinical trial participants and site staff with their inquiries
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up as necessary

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school degree or GED
• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical trial experience is a plus
• Experience in the medical device industry (education or customer support) is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Leadership experience is a plus

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Previous experience in customer service within the healthcare or clinical research sector
• Familiarity with clinical trial protocols and procedures
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of medical terminology
