Phone Support Specialist Customer Service (Remote)

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Answer inbound calls from patients and healthcare personnel, providing exceptional customer service
• Serve as a liaison for additional support needed between end users and medical device manufacturer representatives
• Manage inbound calls in a remote setting during non-business hours (7:30 PM – 12:00 AM EST and weekends)
• Provide assistance to clinical trial participants and site staff as required
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and support provided

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in clinical trials is a plus
• Leadership experience is a plus
• Experience in the medical device industry (education or customer support) is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Experience working in a remote setting
• Familiarity with clinical trial processes and protocols
• Knowledge of medical device products and services
• Previous customer support experience in healthcare or clinical research
