What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide phone support for clinical trial participants and site staff
• Manage inbound calls from patients and healthcare personnel, ensuring excellent customer service
• Serve as a liaison between end users and representatives from the medical device manufacturer
• Be available during non-business hours (7:30 PM-12:00 AM EST and weekends)
• Assist with additional support required for clinical trial operations

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical trial experience preferred
• Experience in the medical device industry, either through education or customer support
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Leadership experience is a plus

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Previous experience in customer service within the healthcare or medical device fields
• Familiarity with clinical trial processes and regulations
• Additional certifications related to clinical research or medical devices
