What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Answer inbound calls from patients and healthcare personnel, providing exceptional customer service
• Serve as a liaison for additional support required between end users and representatives from medical device manufacturers
• Manage inbound calls in a remote setting during non-business hours (7:30 PM-12:00 AM EST and weekends)
• Assist clinical trial participants with inquiries and support needs
• Collaborate with clinical trial site staff to ensure effective communication and assistance

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical trial experience is a plus
• Leadership experience is a plus
• Experience in the medical device industry (education or customer support) is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Previous experience in customer service within the healthcare or clinical research sector
• Familiarity with medical devices and their applications in clinical trials
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
