What we are looking for…

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Photography Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating photoshoot projects and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality photos to our listings team. This role requires excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do…

• Coordinate photoshoot projects from inception to completion, ensuring all aspects are executed seamlessly
• Communicate effectively with photographers, stylists, field operations, and other stakeholders to schedule photoshoots and manage logistics
• Notify onboarding channels of photographer info and shoot start times 
• Project manage the photo calendar in Monday.com
• Create call sheets in a timely manner by gathering relevant information from stakeholders
• Making sure image deliverables are uploaded to the appropriate folders – organizing image files 
• Download files from 3rd party providers and uploading them into digital asset management system
• Monitor the shoot process for potential issues and escalates issues as needed to ensure shoot schedules are maintained.
• Problem-solve and address any issues that arise during photoshoots or post-production
• Work closely with listings, onboarding, and field operations teams to coordinate shoot logistics and timing

Hourly rate: $7-10 USD per hour, depending on location & experience, paid 2x per month

What you’ll bring…

• Proven experience in project management or coordination, preferably in a creative or media-related environment
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and independently when necessary
• Ability to work within tight deadlines and in often ambiguous environments
• Experience with Google Drive and Slack
• Experience in photo coordination or a related field is advantageous but not required
• Experience with project management tool Monday.com is a plus
• Access to high speed internet, ideally 100+ Mbps download speeds

This role is open to global non-US candidates. Business hours will be up to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm EST or PST.
