We are looking for a talented PHP Web Developer with extensive experience in WordPress to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining websites using PHP, customizing WordPress themes and plugins, and ensuring website performance, security, and scalability. You will work closely with designers and other developers to create high-quality digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain websites and web applications using PHP and WordPress.
• Customize WordPress themes and create custom WordPress plugins as needed.
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
• Ensure the website is fully optimized for performance and SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases (MySQL, etc.).
• Implement responsive designs to ensure websites are mobile-friendly and cross-browser compatible.
• Provide ongoing website maintenance, updates, and improvements.
• Debug and fix any website or server-related issues.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a PHP Developer (3+ years) with WordPress expertise.
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and PHP.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL and database management.
• Experience in building custom themes and plugins for WordPress.
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and optimization strategies.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with popular WordPress page builders such as Elementor or WPBakery.
• Familiarity with WooCommerce and e-commerce integrations.
• Knowledge of Laravel or other PHP frameworks.
• Experience with server management and hosting environments (cPanel, Plesk, etc.).
• Understanding of security practices and data protection.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
