About the role  
 
We are seeking compassionate, conscientious, and motivated Physiotherapist to work within our Care Squared brand.  
 
In this role, you will: 
 

  • Manage your day-to-day client activities to support positive outcomes for your clients and their families 
  • Provide client-driven, evidence-based assessment services to clients in their home and community environments, focusing on their personal goal attainment 
  • Provide therapy services either individually or as a member of an interdisciplinary team 
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, such as other health professionals, care coordinators, family members, to achieve the best outcomes 
  • Provide accurate, timely and high-quality reports 

About you 
 
You work well autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary allied health team. For senior clinicians, we have opportunities to develop your mentoring and leadership skills and explore further opportunities in the organisation. 
 
It’s essential that you have: 
 

  • An approved degree in Physiotherapy
  • Eligibility for registration with the appropriate board (e.g., AHPRA) 
  • Satisfactory criminal record and working with children check (or state equivalent), or willingness to complete them 
  • Current and unrestricted driver license with access to own vehicle 
  • A passion for helping and assisting a diverse range of clients 
  • Evidence of completion of the NDIS mandatory orientation module 
  • High levels of verbal and written communication skills 
  • Experience working with individuals with a disability is desirable but not required
