Job Summary

The Placement Manager will play a pivotal role in driving successful placement programs for partner universities. The ideal candidate will establish and nurture relationships with corporate recruiters, organize placement drives, and implement strategies to improve student employability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Outreach & Partnerships

• Identify, approach, and build partnerships with companies for student placements and internships.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals, hiring managers, and industry leaders.
• Organize and manage placement drives, job fairs, and corporate meets for partner universities.

2. Placement Program Management

• Collaborate with partner universities to understand student strengths and align opportunities with industry requirements.
• Facilitate recruitment activities such as campus interviews, aptitude tests, and pre-placement talks.
• Achieve placement targets by ensuring maximum participation and success rates for students.

3. Student Training & Counseling

• Plan and oversee pre-placement training programs, including resume building, interview preparation, and soft skill workshops.
• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to assess student aspirations and align them with job opportunities.
• Monitor and track student placement progress, providing necessary guidance and feedback.

4. Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain placement records, student profiles, and company databases.
• Generate detailed placement reports for partner universities and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, hiring patterns, and industry demands to guide placement strategies.

Qualifications & SkillsRequired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field. (Master’s degree preferred.)
• Minimum of 5 years experience in campus placements, corporate relations, or recruitment.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to organize large-scale recruitment events and job fairs.
• Understanding of the current job market, hiring trends, and industry requirements.
