Responsibilities

Peraton is currently seeking to hire an experienced PMO Operations Lead for the USCYBERCOM program located at Fort Meade, MD.

Location: Remote role, with the ability to come on-site to Fort Meade, MD as needed.

In this role, you will:

Support Program Manager is execution of Business Operations for successful execution of program objectives.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and administrative requirements imposed by the contract; coordinate with Peraton contracts, subcontracts, security, staffing manager, and human resources.
Support interaction with government contracts team and technical points of contact regarding financial execution, execution to contract requirements, and program risk and opportunities.
Manage deliverables execution.
Support coordination across team and stakeholders to effectively execute program tasks to include preparation of customer and corporate presentations and reports.
Maintain program documentation.
Manage analysis and recommend action to programmatic challenges and issues.
Conduct program meetings; responsible for program tracking and analysis.
Develop detailed work plans, schedules, program estimates, resource plans, and status reports as needed.

Qualifications

R equired:

Minimum of Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Project Management, Business Management, Economics, Political Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Law, Government Contracting, Finance/Accounting, or related discipline.
12 years of experience, may have supervisory or management experience.
Minimum of 10 years experience as a Project Manager.
Demonstrated strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communications skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
U.S. citizenship required.
The ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI with the ability to obtain a Poly security clearance.

Desired:

CAPM, PMP, or equivalent certification. Target Salary Range

$135,000 – $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
