- Conduct working sessions with stakeholders for project discovery and risk mitigation
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Three (3) years in a project management role
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification within 12 months in the role
- Project Management Certification (CAPM or PMP) within 12 months in the role
- Experience in project management in the Banking and/or Financial Technology Sector
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Experience or certification in Agile/Scrum
- Experience with technology projects
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops
