Our Team
You will be part of a team working on some of the most advanced and pioneering engineering programmes in the UK, Europe and around the world; supporting our clients to bring innovative concepts and technologies across our industries.
The Role
- Assisting with project oversight and prioritisation of projects and resources, providing support to the project delivery manager, and delegating for the project delivery manager when required
- Supporting the handover and start-up of projects in cooperation with the sales team through to closure (scope, goals, deliverables, costs, timescales, plans, risks, dependencies, resource requirements, and milestones).
- Assisting in planning projects and ensuring those plans are communicated to all project teams/stakeholders together with individual responsibilities
- Helping to maintain project plans, track deliverables against time, budget, and cost, and monitor resource utilisation. Ensuring that project accounting is managed in an efficient manner
- Monitoring projects against time, budget, and quality standards, and assisting in determining when projects are not going to plan and applying corrective actions
- Supporting the identification, improvement, and implementation of business processes and procedures to improve company operations and delivery with lessons learnt reviews

Skills & Experience
We are looking for an adaptable, ambitious, flexible, resilient, and positive attitude. Someone who is self-motivated with a desire to deliver high-quality services. It may also be beneficial for applicants to have experience in some of the following:
- Experience in a Project/Business Support role (or similar administrative role)
- Basic experience in budget management, development, and oversight
- Strong administrative skills & experience of stakeholder management / meeting tight deadlines
- A desire to move into project management / support
