About The Role

We are currently seeking a seasoned Portfolio Manager to join our dynamic team. This critical position will center on the design of innovative tokenized financial products, emphasizing theoretical product development rather than direct implementation. As a Portfolio Manager, your primary objective will be to investigate, conceptualize, and model portfolios that could underpin future asset-backed currencies.

In this capacity, you will assess candidate assets and construct diversified portfolios with the long-term vision of achieving stable, resilient, and adaptable financial outcomes. Your initial efforts will be theoretical and exploratory in nature, as many of the assets remain un-tokenized. However, as tokenization progresses, your designs will evolve into functional products (referred to as RTokens), influencing the trajectory of digital currencies.

Your contributions will be instrumental in managing volatility, ensuring stability, and adapting to shifting macroeconomic conditions. You will also perform backtesting to assess the long-term viability of your designs across various economic environments. Additionally, you will share your insights and strategies with the broader community to encourage collaboration and transparency.

You will report directly to the CEO while collaborating closely with other team members and stakeholders to actualize these transformative financial products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design innovative tokenized financial products

• Conduct backtesting to validate the effectiveness of portfolio designs
• Communicate findings and strategies with the wider community
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to bring concepts to fruition

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in structured product development, derivative pricing, or financial instrument design
• Expertise in macroeconomic analysis, financial modeling, and risk management strategies
• Strong knowledge of market-neutral, all-weather, and risk parity portfolio strategies
• Proven track record of successful asset management in varying market conditions
• Advanced quantitative abilities coupled with a robust understanding of financial markets
• A creative thinker eager to explore and innovate
• No prior knowledge of cryptocurrency or blockchain technology is required—only a passion for learning and exploring new concepts!

Qualifications

• Degree in economics, finance, mathematics, or a related field
• A Master’s degree is preferable but not mandatory
