Our mission is to create a whole revolution in the world of personal finance management (PFM) through a free Super App ecosystem that enables our members to reach their financial happiness. It aims for rapid growth by acquiring a high volume of members (B2C). Scaling operations across Europe with special focus on Retail and e-commerce Industries (B2B). In addition, Woolsocks builds its own revolutionary omnichannel cashback model through a single gateway (SaaS) platform.

About The Role

We are looking for all round data person that has experience in designing, building, and maintaining high-performance data infrastructure and pipelines, and analyzing and visualizing data. This role combines engineering and analytics.

Your tasks will be:

• Design and manage data solutions, including data modelling, setup of representative datasets and managing data visualisation;
• Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve data infrastructure;
• Create and design data pipelines, including testing and quality control;
• Work closely with key stakeholders on KPI development and event tracking across the organization;
• Explore and analyse the user experience and product performance data, develop goals and set up tracking metrics.

About you

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, and ideally in Tech and/or in the field of retail marketing;
• 2+ years of experience in data engineering using python and preferably Apache Airflow;
• You are working as a freelancer (must);
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or any other related field;
• Experience working closely with stakeholders to discover opportunities and determine acceptable solutions;
• Comfortable with fast pace and ambiguity in a start-up environment;
• Experience in BI and product analytics tools (e.g. Power BI or similar tooling);
• Preferably operations and project management experience.
