Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer with expertise in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Copilot to join our growing Data & Analytics team.. As a Power BI Developer, you will be responsible for creating data visualizations, reports, and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders. You will collaborate with business teams to understand their requirements, translate them into effective solutions, and optimize the performance of Power BI reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization, data integration, and the ability to harness the capabilities of Microsoft Fabric and Copilot to drive actionable insights across the organization.

Key Responsibility:

· Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI reports and dashboards.

· Create data models and perform data transformations using Power Query and DAX.

· Optimize Power BI reports for performance, including data refresh scheduling and report optimization.

· Work closely with business users to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.

· Write and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and aggregate data from various sources (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.).

· Leverage Microsoft Fabric for data lake, data warehouse, and integration solutions.

· Work with Fabric’s integrated services (such as Azure Synapse, Data Factory, and Power BI) to ensure smooth data pipelines and analytics workflows.

· Utilize Microsoft Copilot to enhance productivity, automate report generation, and integrate AI-driven analytics capabilities into Power BI reports.

· Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports and dashboards.

Required Skills:

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development, including report/dashboard design, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL).
• Experience working with Microsoft Fabric and understanding of its components like Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Data Lake.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot and integrating AI and automation into Power BI solutions is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
