Power Platform Developer (Remote)

Nigel Frank are proud to be representing a UK leading Microsoft Partner. Our client is thrilled to be growing their business throughout 2025 due to a number of new projects and are seeking experienced x2 Power Platform Developers to join their team.

This role, reporting to the Modern Work Practice Lead, plays a key part in the development and delivery of Microsoft Power Platform services to both their clients and internal teams. You will bring extensive expertise in Power Platform technologies and related third-party products, driving enterprise-level solutions.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in developing solutions with Power Platform.
• Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio.
• Experience with common data sources and connectors, such as SQL Server, SharePoint, Excel, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
• Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• At least one Microsoft Power Platform certification.
• Experience consulting with clients and delivering tailored solutions.
• Effective time management and the ability to manage complex tasks independently.
• Experience delivering Microsoft’s xIAD workshops (App, Automation, Copilot Studio, Power Pages, Dashboard, or Fabric).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom applications and workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Build interactive and insightful dashboards and reports with Power BI.
• Create conversational agents with Copilot Studio.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft and third-party systems.
• Ensure best practices and standards are followed in design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
• Maintain clear documentation for code and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and end-users to gather feedback and refine requirements.
• Stay informed of the latest Power Platform features and industry trends.
• Promote and communicate my clients company capabilities to internal teams.
