About the Role
What You’ll Do Every Day
– Create compelling digital ad creative designs and landing pages that align with campaign objectives
– Implement and manage A/B tests to optimize conversion rates
– Analyze user behavior using heat maps and scroll mapping tools
– Collaborate with Paid Media team to understand campaign goals and metrics
– Develop design solutions based on data insights and user behavior
– Monitor and report on conversion metrics and test results
– Create and maintain design templates for rapid campaign deployment
– Optimize landing pages for improved user experience and conversion rates
What You Bring to the Table
– 3+ years experience in CRO and digital design
– Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
– Experience with A/B testing and heat mapping tools
– Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization principles
– Data analysis and visualization skills
– Experience in healthcare or regulated industries preferred
– Knowledge of paid media platforms a plus
– Flawless spoken and written english skills

– Develop data-backed design systems that scale
– Build strong collaborative relationships across departments
