We are seeking a highly experienced Google Ads Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will possess strong technical expertise alongside a strategic understanding of business and marketing. Your primary role will be to manage multiple Google Ad campaigns for different client accounts. You must be able understand and analyse client businesses, develop, and manage Google Ads campaigns that drive measurable results and maximise ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-depth business analysis to understand client objectives, target audiences, and market trends.
  • Develop and implement effective Google Ads strategies tailored to specific business needs.
  • Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns across various networks, including search, display, video, and shopping.
  • Conduct ongoing optimisation of campaigns through bid management, keyword adjustments, and A/B testing.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and make data-driven decisions to enhance results.
  • Create detailed performance reports, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Ads features, tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Understanding of business and marketing.
  • Proven experience in managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns with successful outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Expertise in the Google Ads platform, including conversion tracking, remarketing, and advanced targeting techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and effective client interaction.
  • Ability to work independently, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Google Ads Certification is essential.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
