Description

Robert Half is seeking a PPC Specialist/Paid Search Specialist for a long-term client hiring needs for a Michigan based company. The PPC Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, analyzing performance data, and implementing SEO strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of Google Ads, SEO, and Paid Media. This person must have 3 years of experience minimum in paid media campaigns. Responsibilities:

Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and Paid Social campaigns

Conduct A/B testing to optimize advertisement performance

Utilize CRM to maintain customer records and monitor accounts

Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine ranking

Analyze performance data using tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Facebook Insights

Implement PPC advertising campaigns, SEO best practices, and social advertising campaigns.

Define and deploy latest PPC strategies, SEO best practices, and social ad trends.

Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.

Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions based on campaign performance

Stay updated with the latest trends in PPC, SEO, and Paid Media to implement in strategies.

Requirements

Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a PPC Specialist or Paid Search role

Must possess strong skills in CRM

Familiarity with Facebook Insights is essential

Proven experience with Google Ad campaigns

Proficient in AB Testing. AEM Adobe Experience Manager experience preferred.

Must have experience in creating and managing Advertisements

Strong analytical skills and experience with Analytics tools

Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is required

Must understand and be able to improve Search Engine Ranking

SEO expertise is essential

Familiarity with Paid Media strategies and implementation

Experience in the Construction/Contractor industry is a plus

Must have strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work in a team and independently as needed, traveling to Michigan for work as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.
