As our team continues to expand, we are seeking a PPC Lead to take ownership of paid advertising strategies and execution across Google, Bing and other PPC platforms, ensuring client success and growth.
The Role
As the PPC Lead, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and optimising paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and other relevant platforms to deliver ROI for our clients. This is a leading role that involves not only managing campaigns but also contributing to the overall strategy, mentoring team members, and driving innovation in our paid media efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute PPC strategies tailored to client goals, focusing on driving conversions and ROI.
- Manage and optimise campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn and programmatic networks.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies.
- Analyse campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and detailed reports to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including SEO, content, and design, to ensure alignment and integration of strategies.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, introducing innovative techniques and tools to enhance performance.
- Collaborate closely with other team members and report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on PPC experience, ideally within an agency environment.
- Proven track record of managing successful campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and other platforms. Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads is also preferable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
- In-depth knowledge of conversion tracking, bid management, and campaign optimisation techniques.
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager and other analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and explain complex strategies clearly.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with a passion for delivering results.
- Experience driving positive results with Google Shopping campaigns for eCommerce clients.
