The Role ~ PPC Specialist
We are looking for a PPC Specialist to lead the delivery of Google Ads campaigns across our agency client base. This will involve managing day-to-day communications, working to clear KPIs, and providing context on performance.
- Management of Google Ads campaigns across a mix of local, lead generation, and e-commerce advertisers.
- Management of day-to-day communications across your client base.
- Leverage our network of partnerships – Web Dev, CRO, and Content to support paid ads growth.
- A range of exciting scenarios – from setting up brand new accounts in emerging industries to taking experienced advertisers to the next level.
- Ongoing testing of campaign structures, RSAs, feed attributes, and more to drive client performance and shape the development of our best practices.
- Deliver strategic projects such as audits, market expansion, and new business proposals.
- Develop and run Google Ads training sessions internally and to our client base.
- Upsell paid ads opportunities outside of Google to our client base.
- Opportunity to manage campaigns across Paid Social, Audio & Display.
Who Are We Looking For

- A Google Ads expert with a genuine passion for the product, its potential to unlock revenue opportunities, and the latest industry developments.
Required Skills & Experience
- We estimate that 3+ years of Google Ads experience will be required for the role, however, we are attracted to the quality of experience rather than quantity.
- Confident in building initial rapport and long-term relationships with clients.
- Management of campaigns across multiple industries.
- Experience strategising website/landing page changes to enhance paid search performance is a real plus.
- Any other regular exposure to digital channels – particularly Paid Social, Display, and Email marketing is beneficial.
Benefits
- £30,000 – £38,000 salary per year, depending on experience.
- Quarterly performance bonus.
