Untrodden land, a world of opportunities
You are among the first of your kind in GN. We are a new team, still in the growing phase, there is nothing set in stone as of yet. This gives you a ton of freedom and creativity to define your work day.
You will be working together with your peers from time to time, sharing knowledge and sparring on specific projects. Each Pre Sales Account Manager will be independently in charge of their specific subregion within Europe, here:
  • North (Scandinavia), preferably in the greater Copenhagen area
We would prefer that you live within the country, which you are overseeing, but there is no requirement that you live in the cities as such, as this role is also well suited to working from home, but requires the ability for office visits.
International tech-virtuoso
With a high focus on room solutions (Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms) You are the go-to technical expert within your region. Whether assisting customers, who are at their wits end about a product or solution, or aiding our sales teams in preparing for proof-of-concept demonstrations, you have the answers. Furthermore, you can expect to be:
  • evaluating Jabra Sales Hub content and provide feedback
  • reviewing customer experiences and requirements, including with regards to features/functionality with third-party products, applications and solutions
  • defining best practice uses for all Jabra Collaboration solutions.
  • Carrying back customer needs and feedback for future innovations

You should expect possibly upwards of 25% travel time, as you travel within Europe.

Prowess over pedigree
We are looking for experience more so than education. An educational background in tech, IT or electronics is advantageous, but not a requirement. Working experience, however, is something that we would prefer to see. Therefore, it is extremely beneficial, if you have previously worked in:
  • IT service, system integration, or technical support
  • Technical sales, especially concerning consumer electronics and video
  • Customer support, especially concerning consumer electronics and video.
  • Detailed technical knowledge about AV room systems is mandatory
  • Practical experience with the setup of meeting rooms and room systems is highly appreciated
  • English language proficiency is a requirement for all regions. Additionally, the local language of the country is a requirement in all the regions.
