Pre Sales Engineer (Remote)

As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will meet customers’ pre-sales requirements, provide product and solution training, and prepare demos.

Description

• Introduce new product features to customers, assist with product selection and configuration.
• Respond to customers to solve technical issues.
• Train the technical staff of customers, helping them improve their level of technical knowledge.
• Understand customer product demands and relay these requests to the product department for development.
• Collaborate with the sales team to analyze customer needs and provide complete solutions tailored to projects.
• Assist customers by preparing project proposals and tender documents.
• Monitor the project’s progress, forecast risks, and find solutions.
• Coordinate resources and provide technical support.
• Maintain good relationships with third-party integrators for mutual benefit.
• Visit clients to present the latest solutions and communicate meeting summaries, following up until the process is completed.

Profile

• Knowledge in networking, communications, computers, security technologies and related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in the security sector.
• Experience as a technical product engineer or in pre-sales engineering.
• At least intermediate English speaking skills.
