Presales Project Manager (Remote)

o Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience

o Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech /Any Graduate from a reputed University

o Location: Pune, India; Remote

o Technical Know-How: Oracle Technologies – Oracle Technologies – OUAF, Awareness of Revenue Management and Billing solutions, Utilities Customer Service and Billing, Advanced level of MS Excel skills, Knowledge in Agile/ Scrum methodologies. Strong understanding of SDLC and modern application development with cloud services. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

·   Develop and define project goals, scope, and deliverables for client requirements in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

·  Collaborate with sales teams to provide project and program management solutions, for implementation of Oracle technologies including transformation, migration and solution deployment projects with the ability to translate RFP requirements into quality proposals

·   Develop application roadmaps and implementation approaches, and design solutions from transition through deployment and support.

·  Create SOWs with milestone plans, key deliverables, assumptions, commercials, and dependencies, along with other such contractual artifacts.

Requirements & Experience:

Candidate must meet the following requirements:

·   At least 8 years of experience in a techno-functional capacity implementing or designing digitization solutions

·   Hands on end-to-end implementation experience of Oracle products and other tier1 products. Experience with complex data migration projects

·   Experience in planning, estimating, staffing, organizing, and working on multiple projects

·   Bid Management and Consulting roles within major customer organizations

·   Proven ability to multi-task, handle solutions related to multiple projects/customers simultaneously

·   Attention to detail and quality of work in a high paced environment 

·   Being able to co-ordinate, manage competing priorities against stringent and demanding timelines

·   Solid experience of working with senior collaborators globally. Good communication skills.

·   Strong working knowledge of MS Office and project management tools.

·   Experience in Agile execution methodology

·   Project Management certifications.
