About the position
We are seeking a proactive and technically adept Presales Solution Manager with expertise in the intralogistics and AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) industry. This role combines sales acumen, project analysis, and technical expertise to deliver tailored solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying client needs, presenting value-driven solutions, and communicating the benefits and trade-offs of different options, ensuring a seamless sales process and customers success.
Key Responsibilities
1.Client Engagement and Needs Analysis
- Engage with potential clients to understand their operational challenges and requirements.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client processes, onsite situation, data and etc. to identify areas for optimization through intralogistics and AGV solutions.
2.Sales and Relationship Management
- Drive the sales process by presenting solutions effectively and addressing client objections with expertise.
- Build and maintain strong client relationship, acting as a trusted consultant throughout the sales cycle.
3.Solution Design and Proposal
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions tailored to client needs.
- Provide detailed evaluations of proposed solutions, highlighting both their advantages and potential limitations.
- Analysis the competitive solutions in the projects, including investigation with client, competitor information collection, solution comparison and bidding strategy.
4.Presentation and Communication
- Deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations tailored to various stakeholder groups, including technical teams, operational leaders, and executives.
- Clearly present the value proposition and key differentiators of the proposed solutions.
5.Collaboration and Handover
- Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure smooth transition from sales to project execution.
- Support post-sales activities as needed to maintain client satisfaction and secure future opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above, science and engineering majors and those have overseas study or work background are preferred;
- Two year’s or above sales or business development experience in logistics automation equipment, logistics integrators, intelligent manufacturing for local area, or those have the technical support and plan & design experiences for above industries are preferred;
- Strong business perception and negotiation skills, pressure resistance, and career ambition;
- Good communication skills, fluent in English, and adapt to overseas long-term business trips.
