Key Responsibilities

• Foster and maintain trust-based relationships with strategic partners, ensuring continuous communication and engagement.
• Serve as the primary contact for partner inquiries, addressing needs and concerns with prompt and effective responses.
• Conduct regular in-person visits to partners to evaluate satisfaction, gather insightful feedback, and align on objectives.
• Design and execute a streamlined onboarding process for new partners to facilitate successful transitions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to formulate and implement a partner success strategy that aligns with company goals.
• Identify growth opportunities and foster collaboration with partners to promote long-term success.
• Provide thorough training and resources to partners, enabling them to optimize their use of educational products.
• Act as the liaison between partners and internal teams to facilitate timely issue resolution.
• Analyze partner data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, enhancing engagement levels.
• Prepare comprehensive reports detailing partner success metrics to guide future strategies.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop cohesive partner strategies.
• Assist in resolving customer support issues across the customer base, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Fluency in both written and spoken Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a preschool or elementary school teacher, preferably in a public school environment.

Compensation And Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from (70,000 to )80,000 USD per year, along with bonus and stock options. Total compensation will be commensurate with experience and skill level.
