Presentation Specialist (Remote)

Job Type: Contract

Compensation Range: $45 – 50 per hour

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented PowerPoint Presentation Designer to join our client’s team and assist in updating and redesigning company slide decks as part of a rebranding initiative.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that presentations reflect the new brand guidelines and effectively communicate our client’s message in a visually engaging way. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the marketing and branding teams to help shape the visual identity of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Update and redesign existing PowerPoint presentations to align with new brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all slides.
• Create visually compelling slide designs, incorporating the company’s new branding elements such as logos, fonts, and color schemes.
• Collaborate with the marketing, branding, and leadership teams to gather content and feedback.
• Ensure presentations are clear, professional, and optimized for both internal and external audiences.
• Apply strong layout and typography skills to organize complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
• Maintain and manage a library of templates, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible for company-wide use.
• Meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Qualifications:

• Experience level: Experienced
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Education: Bachelors
• Proven experience as a PowerPoint Presentation Specialist, Graphic Designer, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create advanced slide designs and animations.
• Solid understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory.
• Experience working with brand guidelines and the ability to consistently apply branding elements across all presentations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.
