Position Summary Key Divisions/Line of Service/s (LOS) within our organization comprises of Business Consulting, Technology Consulting, Customer Success, Product/Platform and Operational Excellence. This is a lead role in our Business Consulting Division on the FP&A domain and this person will play a critical role in leading our Enterprise Performance Management engagements with our customers cutting across Enterprise planning, Financial and Legal consolidation (GAAP based) , Score cards, Sensitivity and KPI analysis, Reporting solutions leveraging EPM platforms like Anaplan, Jedox, and Onestream (planned), that shall be deployed as per agreed customer statement of work based engagements or as internal Planafin product development comprising of Planafin’s IP products, functional solution accelerators, project management solutions etc. In addition to performing a delivery lead consulting role, as required, this role shall also support the expansion of Planafin’s MEA, India, Europe and North America EPM practice by assisting in pre-sales and go to market with focused Finance 4.0 initiatives in the EPM space. Key Accountabilities: • Pre- Project Phase:

▪ Engage with key customer stakeholders – CFO and his FP&A team, in developing use case based ROI in implementing a solution, key measurements

and improvements in the existing FP&A process (ex:- Forecast accuracy %) that can be envisaged by implementing a system based solution. This could involve pointed sessions with the stakeholders, as part of a time bound Discovery phase, leveraging questionnaires, interview based sessions, evaluating existing customer’s Standard Operating procedure (SOP) manuals, Planning calendar and activity reviews, existing system or excel models and reports of the customer etc.

▪ Own functional scope, process flow diagrams, functional design specifications in the Project proposals/RFP’s to customer

• Project Phase :

▪ Own Requirement phase of the project/s: Conduct, lead and manage Requirement workshops, Develop requirement user stories, lead requirement user story confirmation with customers, as per project statement of work

▪ Conduct sessions to provide, clarify user stories and requirements to internal Technology consulting team who will then provide design, system model schema and build of the solution

▪ Review build, conduct internal review and lead sprint reviews of the build with customer

▪ Participate in Customer User acceptance test phase and provide clarifications wherever required on the functionality of the solution provided as per statement of work and confirmed user stories,

• Participate and lead as required on, Planafin internal product and accelerator development

• Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients in providing Finance FP&A as a service

• Participate in Events, forums representing Planafin. Provide best in class Subject matter expertise in Financials 4.0, identify latest trends in Finance domain leveraging technology that can spearhead Finance to a profit center, new revenue opportunities with Finance as a service and not just being a cost controller ownership alone, in the new normal
