Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from ideation through to execution, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and interaction design.
• Establish and uphold a cohesive design language and style guide that reflects our brand and product vision.
• Utilize data analytics, user feedback, and research insights to continually refine and enhance the user journey.
• Drive the overarching design vision for the platform, ensuring alignment with long-term company strategies and core values.
• Inspire and mentor team members with innovative concepts and a dedication to crafting a memorable user experience.

Compensation And Benefits

• A competitive salary range of (149,400 to )166,000, contingent on your geographical location and cost of living. For U.S. employees, gross salary may range from (126,990 to )141,100.
• Additional compensation in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) via our (HOST token, valued at approximately )16,600 per year.
• Generous time off, totaling 35 days per year, which includes self-serve public holidays and parental leave.
