Key Responsibilities
- Develop the go-to-market strategy, focusing on product positioning, messaging, and distribution.
- Act as the voice of the customer by conducting research and utilizing feedback to inform our product roadmap.
- Collaborate with the CEO to design and execute impactful marketing campaigns.
- Oversee SEO, content creation, social media, advertising, and growth initiatives across multiple channels.
- Build and nurture relationships with external partners and manage their contributions.
- As the company grows, you will have the chance to construct and lead a product marketing team.
- Partner with the CEO to establish and track key performance indicators for yourself and your team.
Required Skills
- A minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on product marketing in the B2B SaaS landscape.
- Demonstrated expertise in formulating and implementing successful go-to-market strategies.
- Proficient in managing cross-functional marketing initiatives from concept to execution.
- Strong leadership capabilities and team-building skills.
- A creative thinker who excels in problem-solving and brings fresh ideas to stimulate growth.
- Highly self-motivated and capable of thriving in a remote work environment.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable collaborating with senior executives.
- Preferred: Formal training in product marketing (e.g., Pragmatic Institute) or skills in growth hacking.
