Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Principal Node Developer at Crewlogix Technologies in Lahore. The Principal Node Developer will be responsible for developing and implementing node applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring code quality and performance, and leading technical aspects of projects. The role involves hands-on coding, troubleshooting, and implementing best practices in software development.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer with a specialization in backend development.
• Strong knowledge of Node.js and its core principles.
• Advanced skills in JavaScript (ES6+) and asynchronous programming.
• Solid experience with front-end technologies, particularly React.js.
• Proficiency in developing backend applications using Nest.js.
• Strong experience with MongoDB, including schema design and data management.
• Expertise in creating and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and modular code with strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of web security best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop server-side logic and APIs using Node.js and Nest.js, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Work with front-end developers to integrate React.js components with server-side logic.
• Implement and optimize MongoDB database schemas and data storage solutions.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to support front-end applications and external integrations.
• Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability.
• Keep up with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Node.js, React, Nest.js, and JavaScript development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, focusing on performance and security concerns.
• Participate actively in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
