Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from initial concept through to execution, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and interaction design.
• Establish and uphold a cohesive design language and style guide that reflects our brand and product vision.
• Continuously enhance the user journey using data, user feedback, and research.
• Drive the design vision for the product, ensuring alignment with our long-term strategy and core values.
• Inspire and guide the team with innovative concepts and a deep commitment to creating memorable user experiences.

Compensation And Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from (149,400 to )166,000, depending on your location and cost of living.
• For U.S. employees, potential gross salary ranging from (126,990 to )141,100.
