Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from inception to execution, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and interaction design.
• Establish and uphold a unified design language and style guide that reflects our brand and product vision.
• Leverage data, user feedback, and research to continuously improve the user journey.
• Drive the overarching design vision for the product, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term strategy and core values.
• Motivate and inspire the design team with innovative concepts and a commitment to creating memorable user experiences.

Required Skills

• Proven expertise in leading design projects and fostering collaboration within cross-functional teams.
• Extensive experience in UI/UX design for SaaS products, accompanied by a stellar portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Proficiency in design tools, particularly Whimsical for mockups and Figma for design work.
• Strong creative mindset with the capability to think beyond conventional limits to deliver differentiated design solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating design concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• A substantial background in senior-level UI/UX design, particularly in a remote work setting.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline is preferred.

Compensation And Benefits

• Competitive salary range between (149,400 and )166,000, based on your location and cost of living. For U.S. employees, the gross salary may range from (126,990 to )141,100.
• Additional compensation through RSUs (via our (HOST token), valued at approximately )16,600/year.
