Principal Product Designer Ui Ux (Remote)

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal UI/UX Product Designer to join our innovative team in developing cutting-edge software solutions that enhance the rental management experience for Airbnbs. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the comprehensive design process from initial concept through execution, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and interaction design.
• Create and uphold a consistent design language and style guide that reflects our brand and product vision.
• Leverage data, user feedback, and research to continually refine and improve the user journey.
• Champion the overarching design vision for the product, ensuring it aligns with our company’s long-term strategy and ethos.
• Motivate and inspire the team with innovative ideas while committing to the creation of a product that resonates with users.

Required Skills

• Proven ability to lead design initiatives and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Extensive senior-level experience in UI/UX design, particularly for SaaS products, demonstrated through a distinguished portfolio showcasing your capability in creating intuitive user experiences.
• Proficiency in key design tools, notably Whimsical for mockups and Figma for visual designs.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside conventional boundaries and push design innovations.
• Exceptional communication skills, allowing you to articulate design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A genuine passion for design, characterized by a keen attention to detail and a solid understanding of what distinguishes an outstanding product.
• Bonus: Experience as a short-term rental host or involvement in the short-term rental industry is a plus.

Compensation And Benefits

• A competitive salary range of (149,400 to )166,000, adjusted based on your location and cost of living, with U.S. salaries potentially ranging from (126,990 to )141,100.
